All data in Lexinova Prime is stored locally on your iOS device. This includes:

• Artwork information (names, artists, categories, dimensions, etc.)
• Financial data (purchase prices, appraisals, insurance values)
• Documents (certificates, provenance records, exhibition history)
• Settings and preferences

Data is stored in JSON format in your device's Documents directory, accessible only to the Lexinova Prime app.

3. No Third-Party Tracking

We do not use any third-party analytics, tracking, or advertising services. Lexinova Prime does not:

• Collect usage statistics
• Track your behavior within the app
• Share data with advertisers or analytics companies
• Use cookies or similar tracking technologies

4. Data Control and Export

You have complete control over your data. Through the app's settings, you can:

• Export your data to JSON format for backup
• Import data from previously exported JSON files
• Create local backup files
• Restore data from backup files
• Clear all data (with confirmation required)

You are responsible for backing up your data. We recommend regularly exporting your data to ensure you have a backup copy.

5. Data Security

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your iOS device. We recommend:

• Using a secure passcode or Face ID/Touch ID on your device
• Regularly backing up your device through iTunes or iCloud
• Exporting your Lexinova Prime data regularly for additional backup

6. No Internet Connection Required

Lexinova Prime works fully offline. The app does not require an internet connection to function, and it does not transmit any data over the network. This ensures complete privacy and data security.

7. Children's Privacy

Lexinova Prime does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Since all data is stored locally and we do not collect any information, this is not applicable. However, we recommend that parents supervise their children's use of the app.
